Privacy policy

The short version
We collect what we need to run the service and count your free allowance. We do not sell your data. Your media is processed on our own servers and deleted once the job is done.
What we collect

What we never see
Your card, UPI or bank details. Payments run entirely inside the payment provider's own checkout; we receive a success or failure result and a reference number.
Cookies
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in. Essential.
- Visitor cookie — counts the free monthly allowance for people who are not signed in. Essential to the free tier.
- Theme preference — remembers light or dark mode. Stored in your browser only.
- Analytics and advertising — if enabled, these partners set their own cookies under their own policies.
Who we share with
Only the suppliers needed to run the service: our hosting provider, our payment providers, and — where enabled — an analytics or advertising provider. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
Where data lives
On servers we control. Backups are held in the same infrastructure.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Transcripts and downloads can be deleted yourself from your dashboard at any time. For anything else, write to support@vimagic.in and we will act within thirty days.
If you are in a region with specific data-protection rights — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK and EU GDPR, or similar laws — those rights apply and the same address reaches us.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Access to the servers is restricted to the people who maintain them. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you.
Children
ViMagic is not intended for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date at the top.
