Terms of service
Last updated August 23, 2026. These terms govern your use of vimagic.in, operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited.
1. Agreement
By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
ViMagic processes a link you supply and returns a transcript, subtitle files, or the media file itself. We do not host a library of content and we do not choose what you submit.
3. Your responsibility for content
You may only submit media that you own, that you have permission to use, or that is openly licensed. You confirm you have that right each time you use the service. Using ViMagic to copy, republish, redistribute or sell someone else's work is prohibited, and accounts doing it are closed without refund.
4. Accuracy
Speech recognition is imperfect. We make no warranty about accuracy and you should verify anything important before relying on it. ViMagic must not be used as the sole record for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical purposes.
5. Accounts
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person or organisation per account; sharing logins to get around limits is not allowed.
6. Allowances, plans and payment
Free use is capped monthly. Paid plans raise those caps as set out on the pricing page. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where required. Plans renew only if you choose to renew them. We may change prices or limits with notice on the pricing page; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
7. Refunds
Set out separately in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
Do not: break, probe or overload the service; use automated tools to bypass allowances; resell access without written permission; submit unlawful material; or use the service to harass, defraud or infringe anyone.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and changes made by the sites we read from can all interrupt it. Some links will stop working for reasons entirely outside our control.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the breach involved infringement or abuse.
11. Intellectual property
The software, design and branding of ViMagic belong to Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. The transcripts and files you produce are yours, subject to the rights of whoever owns the underlying media.
12. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
If a claim is brought against us because of content you submitted, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
